Certification

We will attempt to provide you with an honest evaluation of temperament on any animal we have in our program.  Do you realize that often the complete history of an animal may not be known and you may encounter some behavioral problems such as, but not limited to, barking, digging, and chewing? YesNo

Are you willing to work with us or a trainer to correct these problems? YesNo

By submitting this form, I certify that the information provided on this profile is true and correct.  I am also financially and physically able to care for this animal.  I understand that proper food and veterinarian care can be costly and I am able to meet these requirements.  I also understand that other applications for this animal may be under consideration with mine (in an attempt to located the “best” match, in TTVR’s opinion, considering the family and the personality/temperament and needs of the animal) and until I have been contacted personally and an Adoption Agreement has been fully executed, that Texas Tailwaggers Village Rescue reserves the right to refuse any adoption, with or without cause.
